New Work Out Program!

Well I decided to change gym recently since our local YMCA
didn't really offer a variety of classes:(

I recently started taking a Les Mills Program Body Step!
I love it!! If you ever get the chance try it out!

It is supposed to burn anywhere from 400-800 calories
depending on your current weight and how hard you work!

I hope I was close to the 800:)

Well we are about 1 month away from the wedding and my
dress still fits good so hopefully with my new workout
program I will be right on track!

  1. How lovely!! That sounds like a great work out program! I don't know of any, I just scatter from machine to machine when im at the gym lol
