Less than a week away!!! Yikes!

I can't believe it, we are only 5 days away from our wedding!!!  I am so excited
for the day to come so we can celebrate with our family and friends!!

I have been checking the weather forecast and it looks like it is going to
be a beautiful day! :)

I wanted to share with you the bubble tags I made over the weekend
for my niece and nephew to hand out for after the ceremony since they don't
let you throw rice anymore we decided to go with bubbles:)  Since we are
are on a budget and really didn't want to go over the top on these I made them
myself with some of my new Stampin Up items I received in my kit:)

Here is a picture of them!  I don't think they look took bad:)  Our colors are
white and red so it worked out perfect with what I received in my kit.

I got the bubbles from Michael's with a 40% off coupon!
So total cost of this project for 75 was around $11.00 :)
Not too bad!

Here's a close up!  I think they look cute.

Here is the supplies I used in this project:
Stampin Up' Set: I Heart (Hearts! )
Stampin UP Ink: Real Red
Stampin UP Ribbon: Also in Real Red

Thanks for viewing, I hope everyone had a Wonderful Memorial Day!
Thank you again for all of those who have severed and are serving in the
military for our country!  God Bless!

Cheap Storage Ideas for Scrapbooking!

Well I have really been into Spring Cleaning lately and have
been reorganizing my scrapbook room and I wanted to share some inexpensive ways
to store and organize your items.  I got a lot of these ideas from Scrapbooks ETC magazine.
They really have great ideas for papercrafting:)  Here are a few of my favorites and
items that I actually use in my own scrapbook room.

Fruit/Vegetable Wire Basket
I got one of these at a Garage Sale for like $5.00 the other
day and it really does work great for stamps and inks.  Mine actually has 3
tiers to it and works great for keeping items close to me while I am scrapbooking
at my desk but organized at the same time:)

Toilet Paper Ribbon Holder
$5.00 - $10.00
Not too bad!

Bucket Buddy
These run about $15.00 and the cost of a 5 gallon
bucket but work great for toting items to a crop or to a
friends house!  I really think this is clever!

Let me know if you have any other
cheap organizing ideas!

Happy Scrapping!
:)

Express Dress!! I finally got to wear it:)

Well I bought this dress months ago to wear to my bridal shower but
it was too chilly in April to wear it so I finally got to wear it out with my
Mom for Mother's Day!!  She actually is the one that picked it out for me!
She has good taste:)

This picture isn't fantastic because of the lighting so I apologize:(

Here is a pic of me and my mom on Mother's Day, I just love her!
She is a terrific mom and a great friend:)

Here she is with her present!  She loved the wrapping paper:)

I will have to put these on wish list!

Clean Scrapbook Room :)

Over the last few days I took sometime to really get my scrapbook room in
order so I can actually get something done in there!

I would love to get one of those Scrapbox Desks like below:

But at $500.00 I think I will have to hold off for now:(

Here are some pictures of my current space.  Please let me know if you
have any storage suggestions or items you have used to organize
a craft/scrapbook room:)

The table above I got for FREE from a house I staged and
they were just going to throw it away:(  So I painted it black and it has been a
nice space for working on my projects!

Here are just some misc. stands and cabinets that I store supplies in.

Here I keep all of my solid colored paper
and the tree holds pictures I would like to scrapbook in the near future:)

Don't mind my elliptical this is a small space but
I tried to make the most of it.  I believe it is only 10 X10 but
this is probably my favorite room in our house :)

Spring Cleaning: Bathroom Closet

Recently I have really been into Spring Cleaning!
This past weekend I tackled another closet in our house,
the dreaded bathroom closet!!!

Here is a before and after picture of my progress.
I didn't really really have to do too much since I got some
inexpensive baskets at the dollar store and re-used the
wicker baskets I got at Christmas Tree Shop!  If you have a
Christmas Tree Shop near you it is a fantastic source for inexpensive
storage solutions!

Before: Stuff kind of everywhere and a lot of items
that just needed to be thrown away!

After:
All items have a home in a basket!
Towels neatly folded and all the laundry is currently done :) !!

The only other thing I would like with this space
is make tags for the baskets and I think it would
look very neat and clean!

What room is going to be my project???
I think the attic but that may take several days :(

What are some household or Spring cleaning projects that you are
currently working on?

Stylish Monday

Well I am sorry to say that I don't have too many outfits for
you from this weekend that are too exciting!! We spent
most of our time working around the house and going to a few garage sales!!

We did get our Marriage License this Friday:)  One month to
the "Big Day!"  I can't wait!!

This is what I wore Friday afternoon.
Very comfy shirt dress that I got for like $7.00 I am not sure where? :)
Leggins from Bon-Ton
My Favorite Express belt :)
and the bag is by Rampage

Friday night we went out to eat with my dad and his wife
and I wore the same outfit but just added a cardigan because it got
a little chilly and different jewelry:)

Saturday day's Garage Sale Outfit:)
Not a good hair day so just went for a hat, jeans and a T-shirt!

I am so excited with my garage sale finds this weekend!

Here are a few pics!  I actually bought a maniqune:)  I think it would make a
great display item for all of my scarves!  Besides for $8.00 it is a cool way to display items
on Ebay!

I did dress her for the picture:)  The lady I bought her for said her
name was " Shirley" :)

This was such a pretty picture I couldn't pass it up for $5.00!

I hope you had a nice weekend!!
