Kimonos Scrapbook Layout!

Well first of all let me just start with that I have been a terrible

blogger lately:(  These past couple of weeks have so busy with

projects around the house that I have

not been able to post anything!

Big News: I have a new Craft Room!!

Yes that has been one of the reasons that I have

been MIA!!

My husband and I have recently added an AC/Heating

unit to our attic so that it could be turned into a usable space!

We started finishing this space over the last couple of years but

in the summer it was just too hot and in the winter it was

just unbearable:(

Now that we have installed this Fujitsu Heating and Cooling Unit

life is good up there!!  So needless to say I have been moving

furniture AGAIN, painting and getting my space organized!!

I can't wait to share it with you!

It will also be my new workout area as well!  I think this

room might be my new favorite!

I hope to get pictures up this week of what it looks like!

Today I wanted to share with you a scrapbook layout from our

trip to St. Lucia!  This one is titled KIMONOS!

Kimonos was one of the restaurants we ate at on the resort.

There food was delicious and they had a great atmosphere!

Organizing at Work!!

I am feeling the need to clean!!!

Well yesterday at work I was looking for paper clips for one of the guys

because he said he couldn't find any in our supplies closet........

well needless to say he had his "Man Goggles" on :)

I found six boxes of paper clips :)

I couldn't take it anymore so I started to re-organize the closet.

It is a little harder to get rid of things because they are not yours

and the first time I throw something away somebody

will be looking for it or need it!

Now here is what it looks like with a little

decluttering!  Not too bad:)

Now we must sit back and see how long it stays like this :)

Now I want to go through all the cabinets and closet in

my own house and do a little clean out!

Doesn't it feel good to clean out and TRY

to get organized!

Busy Birthday Celebration & House Guest :)

Birthday Celebrations Everywhere!

Well it all started on the 4th with my niece's birthday and a friend's birthday

the same day and then the hubby's birthday was on the 6th!!!

We had so much fun!  My hubby and I took the day off work last Friday

to hang out!  We started off the day meeting up with my brother-in-law to

get our new house guest:)  Then we went out to eat a new restaurant that

opened up near us, Cheddars!  They have this sandwich that Sean loves

the Monte Cristo!  I have to admit it was pretty yummy:)  Then we

finished the day off with a round of golf:)  It was a perfect day!

Joker, isn't he the cutest!

It's funny how well he plays with our youngest dog.

They are like brothers!

Here is our table I decorated for the hubby's birthday!

Below are chocolate peanut butter cupcakes that I made.

I also made the toppers with some of my scrapbooking punches

and stamps.

Lastly I wanted to share this card I made for

my wonderful friend Jenn!  She got me the most beautiful

bracelet on her trip to Mexico so I wanted to send

her a little thank you!

I thought she would like this card because she is a

pastry chef and loves anything with cupcakes!
