4th of July Flair for My Thirty One Bingo!

This past weekend I had one of my Thirty One Bingos!

It is a nice way to get together with my family and a lot of my loyal customers.

Usually I pick a theme for the event because it gives me an excuse to decorate:)

Since the 4th of July is right around the corner I thought it would be fun

to do red, white, and blue theme!

Here is the snack table.

My mom gave me this table cloth a little while ago so I thought

it went well with the theme!

Drink Staion

Here is a Deco Mesh Wreath I made for the upcoming holiday.

I was so excited I got the USA letters at Christmas Tree Shop for

only .50 each!!! 

I think it turned out fun and festive!

The Hostesss with the Mostest!

It is nice to have a big deck, I was able to

seat about 18 people comforatbly!

The best part: THE PRIZES!!!

There were 9 rounds of bingo with over $250 worth of

Prizes!

It was really to see everyone!

I just want to say thank you to everyone who was able to come!

Busy Weekend!

This has been a great weekend!

Busy but good:)

I finally got my dresser painted and back in the guest

bedroom, the flower bed started, and we took the boys for a hike!

This poor dresser has been white, black,

and now back to white again!

Here is the after picture!

I think it turned out pretty good.

I am going to use it for storage of all of our

extra sheets, linens, and table clothes!

Here is a picture the area in which I wanted to add a flower bed.

It always kind of looked unfinished so I decided to add some

some life to this area!

Here is a my work in progress.

I still would like to get a few other plantings

but it is coming together nicely.  I hope to get mulch this week

and the chance to get it wrapped up:)

Here's another view of it.  I had these plants

in the back of our house since last summer and decided

in stead of spending a lot of money trying to fill this large area

I would transplant the ones that nobody ever gets to see.

I really think it is going to turn out nice!

 

We got up to a pretty early start and took
the boys over to a local lake to go for a hike and
a swim!  It was a perfect day for it, about 85 degrees and sunny!

I must say Booker did much better swimming this time!

Well enough about me.......... :)

I wanted to share with you the display stand that I made

for my upcoming vendor events.

Now I did have some help from other members in my family:)

Below is my wonderful hubby, he some how always

seems to get sucked into my projects!

Love Him!! :)

Of course here is Jackson!

He thinks he is helpful but really all he wants me to do

is throw his golf ball!  That dog is crazy about golf balls!

Now onto the project:)

I used an old wooden frame we had in the

basement and spray painted it hot pink to go with my theme,

which is pink, black, white, and zebra print!

The peg board is to go inside the frame so I can

show case the jewelry.

Just added black spray paint and attached

the peg board inside the frame.

Here is the final product!

My Mom and I set up this past weekend

at a flea market, we had a lot fun and met some really

nice ladies.

I added some fun letters to the top that spell

"Paparazzi"

I think it turned out pretty good:)

jewelry and accessories.

1 Year Anniversary!! 6/4

I wanted to post this yesterday but I was having

technical difficulties on my end :)

Yesterday was our 1 Year Anniversary!

I can't believe how time flies! 

This past year has been wonderful! 

I love being married to my best friend, he really is too good to me

and I love him more than anything!

Happy Anniversary Babe! 

So here's to wedding season!! :)
